Hydromashservice, a subsidiary of HMS Group, signed an agreement with VSX – Vogel Software (Germany) for licensing of Spaix V3 sales solution system designed for calculation and selection of pumping systems.

After 35 years with the Group, and almost seven years as CEO, Mats Rahmström has informed the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB that he wishes to step down. Mats Rahmström will leave Atlas Copco and its Board, April 30th 2024.

The Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB has appointed Vagner Rego as the new President and CEO of Atlas Copco Group, effective May 1st, 2024. He will replace Mats Rahmström who has, as previously communicated, requested to leave his position after successfully leading the Group since 2017.
